Hábitos alimenticios y estado nutricional en estudiantes del nivel primaria, Institución Educativa Pública n° 2093 Santa Rosa, Callao, 2018
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre
los hábitos alimenticios y el estado nutricional en los estudiantes del Nivel
Primaria, Institución Educativa Pública N° 2093 Santa Rosa, Callao, 2018.
Investigación tipo cuantitativa, nivel descriptivo, método descriptivo
transversal y diseño correlacional. Se trabajó en una muestra de 140
estudiantes. Para recolectar los datos se utilizó un cuestionario, validado
por juicios de expertos y estadístico Alfa de Cronbach con 0,809 y 0,873.
Los resultados obtenidos respecto a los hábitos alimenticios fueron que el
60.00% presentan un nivel regular, el 22.14% un nivel malo y solo el
17.86% un nivel bueno; con respecto al estado nutricional se encontró
62.14% un nivel normal, el 20.71% en un nivel por exceso y 17.14% en un
nivel por defecto. Concluyendo que la variable hábitos alimenticios está
relacionada directa y positivamente con la variable estado nutricional,
según la correlación de Spearman de 0.687. En consecuencia, se
recomendó al director de la Institución Educativa, coordinar con el jefe del
Centro de Salud de su jurisdicción, a fin de que brinde sesiones
educativas y demostrativas a los alumnos y padres, sobre alimentación
saludable. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship
that exists between the alimentary habits and the nutritional state in the
students of the Primary Level, Public Educational Institution N° 2093
Santa Rosa, Callao, 2018. Research quantitative type, descriptive level,
transversal descriptive method and correlational design. We worked on a
sample of 140 students. To collect the data, a questionnaire was used,
validated by expert judgments and Cronbach's Alpha statistic with 0.809
and 0.873. The results obtained with respect to the alimentary habits were
that 60.00% present a regular level, 22.14% a bad level and only 17.86%
a good level; with regard to nutritional status, 62.14% was found at a
normal level, 20.71% at an excess level and 17.14% at a default level.
Concluding that the variable eating habits is directly and positively related
to the variable nutritional status, according to the Spearman correlation of
0.687. Consequently, the director of the Educational Institution was
recommended to coordinate with the head of the Health Center of his
jurisdiction, in order to provide educational and demonstrative sessions to
students and parents on healthy eating.
