Hábitos de estudio en estudiantes de educación secundaria de una institución educativa privada del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores
Resumen
Esta investigación es de diseño cuantitativo de tipo transversal descriptivo. El
objetivo general es determinar el nivel de hábitos de estudio en los estudiantes
de educación secundaria de una institución educativa privada del distrito de San
Juan de Miraflores, la población estuvo compuesta por 63 estudiantes. El
instrumento utilizado es el inventario de Hábitos de estudio (CASM 85) –
Revisión 2005.La información fue procesada a través del programa SPSS 22.
Los resultados obtenidos en la investigación muestran un nivel de tendencia
negativa en los hábitos de estudio, con un 44.4% de estudiantes. En las áreas
de “Cómo prepara sus exámenes” (47.6 %), “Cómo hace usted sus tareas” (39.7
%), “Cómo estudia usted” (38.1%) y “Qué acompaña en sus momentos de
estudio” (28.6%) muestran una tendencia negativa, pero en el área de “Cómo
escucha las clases” muestra una tendencia positiva. Esto denota que la mayoría
de alumnos muestra un déficit para utilizar técnicas y formas habituales de
estudio. Por lo cual se elaboró el programa de intervención “Mejorando mis
hábitos de estudio para aprender” This research is of quantitative design of descriptive cross type. The general
objective is to determine the level of study habits in high school students of a
private educational institution in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, the
population was composed of 63 students. The instrument used is the Inventory
of Study Habits (CASM 85) - Revision 2005. The information was processed
through the SPSS 22 program. The results obtained in the research show a
negative tendency level in the study habits, with a 44.4 % from students. In the
areas of "How you prepare your exams" (47.6%), "How do you do your
homework" (39.7%), "How do you study" (38.1%) and "What accompanies your
moments of study" (28.6%) They show a negative trend, but in the area of "How
do you listen to classes" shows a positive trend. This indicates that the majority
of students show a deficit to use techniques and habitual forms of study. For
which the intervention program "Improving my study habits to learn" was
elaborated.
