Abstract

La presente tesis es de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo y diseno no experimental. La poblacion de la investigacion estuvo constituida por 60 trabajadores de la empresa centro medico Integramedica Peru S.A.C , la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilistica obteniendo un resultado de 52 personas para recolectar los datos respecto al comportamiento de las variables La gestion logistica y nivel de satisfaccion del usuario interno

This thesis entitled: "Logistic management and its influence on the level of satisfaction of the internal user of Integramedica Peru S.A.C, Lima, 2018" is a quantitative approach, descriptive level and non-experimental design.
