La investigación identifica limitaciones en la eficiencia operativa y en los sistemas de control interno, que afectan la transparencia, retrasan la toma de decisiones y generan riesgos en la sostenibilidad institucional. El marco teórico se sustenta en la Teoría de la Agencia, la Teoría de Sistemas, la Teoría de Stakeholders y la Teoría de Procesos Operativos, además de la normativa vigente y estudios previos que evidencian la importancia de modelos financieros estructurados en el ámbito cooperativo. La propuesta metodológica aplica el enfoque de mejora continua Kaizen, a través del ciclo PHVA (planificar, hacer, verificar y actuar). Este proceso permitió diseñar un reporte financiero-operativo automatizado, que organiza y valida información clave, generando datos confiables y oportunos para la gestión y la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Los resultados confirman que el modelo fortalece la eficiencia administrativa, la transparencia y la sostenibilidad financiera de CREACOOP, consolidando una cultura de mejora continua aplicable al sector cooperativo peruano. Palabras clave: Gestión financiera, Procesos operativos, Cooperativas de ahorro y crédito, Control interno, Kaizen. 5 ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS The present work aims to implement a financial management model that optimizes the control of operational processes in the Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Workers of Banco de Crédito del Perú – CREACOOP. The research identifies limitations in operational efficiency and in internal control systems, which affect transparency, delay decision-making, and generate risks in institutional sustainability. The theoretical framework is based on Agency Theory, Systems Theory, Stakeholder Theory, and Operational Process Theory, in addition to current regulations and previous studies that show the importance of structured financial models in the cooperative field. The methodological proposal applies the Kaizen continuous improvement approach, through the PDCA cycle (plan, do, check, act). This process allowed the design of an automated financial–operational report, which organizes and validates key information, generating reliable and timely data for management and strategic decision-making. The results confirm that the model strengthens the administrative efficiency, transparency, and financial sustainability of CREACOOP, consolidating a culture of continuous improvement applicable to the Peruvian cooperative sector.
