Modalidad de educación en alternancia, tipo de actividad laboral y el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del primer al quinto año de secundaria, de la I.E. Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin

Abstract

Los Centros Rurales de Formación en alternancia (CRFA), nacen por iniciativa de PRORURAL y un grupo promotor integrado de padres de familia y otros actores sociales de las comunidades rurales que toman conciencia de los beneficios y compromisos sociales que involucra su puesta en marcha y asumen su implementación. La Alternancia entre el centro educativo y el entorno familiar y productivo, permite el aprendizaje de manera óptima del estudiante, partiendo de la experiencia de la realidad de la zona donde radican los alumnos y alumnas. Todo el trabajo que se desarrolla es monitoreado por un docente-monitor debidamente calificado y con experiencia y conocimiento de la lengua de la zona con el propósito de garantizar la calidad de los aprendizajes teóricos y prácticos en cada etapa de estudio utilizando una serie de instrumentos, van anotando las actividades de los alumnos que están trabajando así como el desempeño de los padres de familia que han tomado interés en el proyecto educativo. El sistema de educación en alternancia es una respuesta eficiente y eficaz que responde a la problemática de la educación rural de nuestro país con formación en la vida y para la vida y especialmente de la Comunidad de Huaninpampa del distrito de Paccaritambo, Provincia de Paruro y Región Cusco, que inicio su funcionamiento como el primer centro educativo aplicando la modalidad de educación en alternancia en marzo del 2012 y la primera promoción ha egresado en diciembre del 2,015. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la influencia de la educación de alternancia, tipo de actividad laboral y el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del primer al quinto año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin. El nivel de investigación fue aplicada, tipo evaluativa, el método utilizado en el estudio fue exposfacto, diseño no experimental; la población y muestra fue de 66 alumnos del primer al quinto año de secundaria de la I.E. Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin del distrito de Paccaritambo, Provincia de Paruro, Cusco - Perú. El instrumento de recolección de datos fue el cuestionario para medir las tres variables de estudio: la educación de alternancia, tipo de actividad laboral y el nivel de aprendizaje. La estadística aplicada para comprobar las hipótesis fue Rho de Spearman por tratarse de variables cualitativas medidas en escalas ordinales. Finalmente, queda comprobado que la modalidad de educación en alternancia, tipo de actividad laboral influye positivamente en el nivel de aprendizaje de los estudiantes del primer al quinto año de secundaria de la “Institución Educativa Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin” del Distrito de Paccaritambo, Provincia de Paruro, Cusco - Perú.

The objective of the study was to determine the influence of alternating education, the type of work activity at the level of learning for students from the first to the fifth year of high school of the Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin educational institution. The level of research was applied, explanatory type, method and design used in the study was ex post facto, the population and sample was 66 students from the first to the fifth year of high school of the institution educational Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin of the District of Paccaritambo, Province of Paruro, Cusco - Perú. The data collection instrument was the questionnaire to measure the three variables of study: alternation education, type of work and the level of learning. The statistics applied to check the hypothesis was Rho of Spearman by treat is of variable qualitative measures in scales ordinal. Finally, is proven that the mode of education in alternation and the type of activity labor influence positively in the level of learning of them students from the first to the fifth year of secondary of the "institution educational Ayarkunaq Yachaywasin" of the District of Paccaritambo, province of Paruro, Cusco – Perú
