La motivación académica en los estudiantes de quinto de secundaria del Colegio Pamer - sede La Libertad, en el distrito de San Miguel durante el periodo 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo aplicado, con un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño no experimental. Teniendo como objetivo general, determinar el nivel de motivación académica en los estudiantes de quinto de secundaria del Colegio Pamer - Sede La Libertad, en el distrito de San Miguel durante el periodo 2018. Del mismo modo se cuenta con una muestra probabilística formada por 60 estudiantes. Para la presente investigación se recogió la información con una encuesta y el instrumento empleado fue la “Escala de motivación académica (AMS-HS 28)” - Versión enseñanza secundaria. Donde los resultados fueron que las dimensiones de motivación académica intrínseca y extrínseca en los alumnos se presentaron en niveles bajos con un 63% y 78% respectivamente del total. Por ello se concluye finalmente que la motivación académica presente en dichos estudiantes es de nivel bajo y absoluto puesto que presenta un total de 53% con dichos rasgos.

The present research work is of an applied descriptive type, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. With the general objective of determining the level of academic motivation in the fifth grade students of Pamer School - Sede La Libertad, in the district of San Miguel during the period 2018. In the same way with a probabilistic sample formed by 60 students. For the present investigation the information was collected with a survey and the instrument used was the "Academic motivation scale (AMS-HS 28)" - Secondary education version. Where the results were that the dimensions of intrinsic and extrinsic academic motivation in the students were presented in low levels with 63% and 78% respectively of the total. Therefore, it is finally concluded that the academic motivation present in these students of low and absolute level since it presents a total of 53% with said traits.
