Relación de la musicoterapia y el grado de ansiedad en pacientes psiquiátricos del hospital Víctor Larco Herrera, 2017

Abstract

El presente Trabajo académico tiene como título: “Relación de la musicoterapia y el grado de ansiedad en pacientes psiquiátricos del hospital Victor Larco Herrera, 2017. Su objetivo general es determinar la relación entre la musicoterapia y el grado de ansiedad de los pacientes psiquiátricos del hospital Victor Larco herrera, 2017, el método que se utilizara será descriptivo, con diseño correlacional y de tipo cuantitativa. Variable Independiente (x) Musicoterapia y la Variable Dependiente (y) Grado de Ansiedad. La muestra de estudio estará conformada por 60 pacientes hospitalizados con ansiedad del servicio de psiquiatría 1, del Hospital Víctor Larco Herrera, 2017. Para la recolección de datos Se utilizaran dos instrumentos: Una entrevista para determinar el grado de ansiedad. Se hará uso de la escala de Hamilton que consta de 18 preguntas. Y una guía de observación para la variable musicoterapia. Conformada por 18 ítems, 06 ítems para habilidades sensoriales, 06 ítems para habilidades cognitivas y 06 ítems para habilidades socioemocionales, Para el procesamiento de los datos se utilizara la estadística y el apoyo de los programas informáticos como el Excel y el SPSS 25.0 se podrá analizar los datos obtenidos de la muestra, para poder expresarlos en tablas y gráficos que permitirán una identificación de la realidad de las variables, finalmente se comprobara las hipótesis mediante la prueba estadística no paramétrica Rho of Spearman.

The present academical research it is titled as ¨the relation of music therapy and the level of anxiety on patients who has schizophrenia from Victor Larco Herrera Hospital in 2017. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exist between music therapy and the level of anxiety on patients who has schizophrenia from Victor Larco Herrera Hospital, the method that would be used will be descriptive with correlational design and quantitative type. Independent variable (x) Music therapy and dependant variable (y) level of anxiety. The study sample will be consist of 60 hospitalized patients with anxiety of psychiatry service 1 from Victor Larco Hospital in 2017. For data collection it will use two instruments: An interview to determine the level of anxiety, also, it would be use the Hamilton scale which has 18 questions and an observation guide for the variable ¨music therapy¨ that has 18 items, 06 items for sensory abilities, 06 items for cognitive abilities and 06 items for socio-emocional abilities. So, for knowing the results it will be used the statistics and the support of the informative programs like Excel and the SPSS 25.0 because through them i would be able to analyze the data that were collected from the study sample, since it would be show on index and graphics that it will allow an identification in reality the variables. Finally, it would verify the hypothesis through the statistic test nonparametric named Ro of Spearman.
