Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar el efecto que produce el tiempo de exposición a la saliva artificial en la magnitud de la fuerza en elásticos intermaxilares látex 3/16” (4mm) heavy 4 oz. El diseño de la investigación fue experimental, in vitro longitudinal, prospectivo.

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the effect produced by the time of exposure to artificial saliva in the magnitude of force in latex intermaxillary elastics 3/16 "(4mm) heavy 4 oz. The design of the research was experimental, in vitro longitudinal, prospective. It was made using an electronic universal testing machine of the brand LG model CmT 5 L, to determine the degree of traction force that each intermaxillary elastic of the brand GAC latex 3/16 "(4 mm) heavy 4 oz.
