Ausentismo laboral de los colaboradores de la empresa interseguro - sede comercial, durante el periodo 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el nivel de ausentismo laboral que presentan los colaboradores de la empresa Interseguro del área comercial durante el periodo 2018. El estudio realizado es de tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental y con un enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo al manejo de los datos. La población está comprendida por 241 colaboradores de la sede comercial del área de vida individual de la empresa Interseguro y la muestra está representada por 94 colaboradores de la empresa, los cuales fueron hallados por la técnica del muestreo aleatorio simple y reajustado mediante el factor de corrección por finitud.

The objective of this research is to determine the level of work absenteeism that the employees of the company Interseguro of the commercial area present during the 2018 period. The study carried out is of a descriptive type, non-experimental design and with a quantitative approach according to the management of the data. The population is composed of 241 employees from the commercial headquarters of the company's life area. Interseguro and the sample is represented by 94 employees of the company, which were found by the simple random technique and readjusted by the correction factor.
