Calidad del servicio que reciben los niños y adolescentes del centro de desarrollo integral de la familia “magdalena robles canales” de Nasca

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo general determinar la calidad del servicio que reciben los niños y adolescentes del centro de desarrollo integral de la familia “Magdalena Robles Canales” de Nasca. El estudio es de tipo descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental y con un enfoque cuantitativo, de acuerdo al manejo de los datos obtenidos.

The general objective of this research is to determine the quality of service received by children and adolescents from the integral development center of the "Magdalena Robles Canales" family of Nasca. The study is of a descriptive type, with a non-experimental design and with a quantitative approach, according to the management of the data obtained.
