Negociación colectiva entre el sindicato sintraba y la empresa ajeper en la planta Huachipa, 2018
Abstract
La presente investigación desarrollada tiene como objetivo general determinar el grado de negociación entre el sindicato SINTRABA y la empresa AJEPER en la planta Huachipa. El estudio corresponde a una investigación de tipo descriptiva, de nivel básica y con un enfoque cuantitativo de acuerdo al manejo de los datos e información recolectada. El diseño de la investigación es no experimental, de corte transversal. The general objective of this research is to determine the degree of negotiation between the SINTRABA Union and the AJEPER company at the Huachipa plant. The study corresponds to a descriptive, basic level research with a quantitative approach according to the handling of the data and information collected. The research design is non-experimental, cross-sectional.
