Índice de las enfermedades respiratorias de los teleoperadores de la empresa konecta bto S.L. sucursal en Perú, en la sede de Bellavista – Callao en el año 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar el índice de enfermedades respiratorias en los teleoperadores de la empresa Konecta BTO S.L. Sucursal en Perú de la sede Bellavista. Callao, corresponde a una investigación descriptiva, de nivel puro, con una perspectiva cuantitativa, a través del empleo de datos. El diseño del estudio es no experimental de tipo transeccional. El universo de la población se constituye de 93 colaboradores que pertenecen al área de Claro Chile Televentas en la empresa Konecta BTO de la sede Bellavista. La muestra fue realizada mediante la técnica de muestreo aleatorio simple, estableciéndose 75 trabajadores.

The objective of this research is to determine the rate of respiratory diseases in the teleoperators of the company Konecta BTO S.L. Branch in Peru of the Bellavista headquarters. Callao corresponds to a descriptive research, pure level, with a quantitative perspective, through the use of data. The design of the study is non-experimental of the transectional type. The universe of the population consists of 93 employees who belong to the Claro Chile Telesales area in the company Konecta BTO of the Bellavista headquarters. The sample was made using the simple random sampling technique, establishing 75 workers.
