La primera conclusión es que La agencia de viajes. brinda una calidad de servicio regular, ya que debe ser permanente y no eventual Sin embargo el descuido de algunos detalles, y el no corregir algo equivocado a tiempo por parte de la empresa o sus colaboradores, crece y origina un problema mayor.es_PE
