Proceso de reinserción social con adolescentes infractores a la ley penal del programa justicia juvenil restaurativa en el distrito del Agustino, 2017

Abstract

El presente estudio, de tipo descriptivo y diseño no experimental, tiene como objetivo determinar el proceso de reinserción de los adolescentes infractores del programa justicia juvenil restaurativa ubicada en el distrito del Agustino-Lima. El instrumento que se utilizo fue el programa justicia juvenil restaurativa del ministerio público (2005) que evalúa el proceso de reinserción. La muestra estuvo conformado por 37 adolescentes infractores de ambos sexos y de diversas edades se utilizó un muestreo censal

The objective of this study, which is descriptive and non-experimental in design, is to determine the process of reintegration of adolescent offenders of the juvenile restorative justice program located in the Agustino-Lima district. The instrument that was used was the restorative juvenile justice program of the Public Prosecutor's Office (2005) that evaluates the reintegration process.
