Abstract

La presente tesis aborda la influencia que tiene la calidad de atención en la satisfacción del paciente en el área de cirugía toráxica del Hospital María Auxiliadora del distrito de San Juan de Miraflores – Lima, teniendo como objetivo principal la recolección de información brindada por los pacientes, los mismos que ayudaran a identificar los puntos débiles a desarrollar. Es una investigación cualitativa, de carácter descriptivo - correlacional porque busca medir, evaluar y recolectar información sobre nuestras variables de estudio y a su vez determina el grado de relación entre las variables

This thesis deals with the influence that has the quality of care in the patient satisfaction in the area of surgery thoracic from the Maria Auxiliadora Hospital in the District of San Juan de Miraflores - Lima, having as main objective the collection of information provided by patients, the same that would help identify the negative aspects to work. Is a qualitative research, descriptive - correlational because it seeks to measure, evaluate, and collect information on our study variables and in turn determines the degree of relationship between the variables.
