Atención de enfermería a neonato con displasia broncopulmonar

Abstract

En este estudio de caso se ha aplicado el Proceso de Atención de Enfermería a un recién nacido pre término extremo de sexo femenino de 29 semanas de vida que ingreso a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales del Hospital Cayetano Heredia por presentar Displasia Broncopulmonar. El conocimiento sobre el manejo de la oxigenoterapia, aspiración de secreciones conjuntamente con la alimentación eficaz, obedecen a intervenciones de enfermería que ayudan a disminuir el daño pulmonar y mejorar el intercambio gaseoso.
