Desarrollo psicomotriz en estudiantes del nivel inicial de 3 a 5 años de la institución educativa N° 0035 Nuestra Señora de la Visitación- Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo general, determinar el nivel de desarrollo psicomotriz en niños de la I.E. N°0035 Nuestra Señora de la Visitación. El diseño de la investigación fue cuantitativo no experimental de tipo transversal a nivel descriptivo; la muestra estuvo conformada por 50 niños de entre 3 a 5 años de edad. El instrumento que se utilizó fue el Test de Desarrollo Psicomotor (TEPSI) de las autoras Haeussler y Marchant (2009), adaptada a la población peruana por Gastiaburú (2012). Los resultados mostraron que el 44% de niños tenían un desarrollo psicomotriz normal en relación a su edad, el 34% retraso y finalmente el 22% en riesgo. Donde al tomar en cuenta los puntajes del nivel de retraso y riesgo; se elaboró un programa de intervención, enfocada en la dimensión de Lenguaje, ya que se encontró un mayor nivel de retraso

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the level of psychomotor development in children of the I.E. No. 0035 Our Lady of the Visitation. The design of the research was non-experimental quantitative of transversal type at the descriptive level; the sample consisted of 50 children between 3 to 5 years of age. The instrument that was used was the Psychomotor Development Test (TEPSI) of the authors Haeussler and Marchant (2002), adapted to the Peruvian population by Gastiaburú (2012). The results showed that 44% of children had a normal psychomotor development in relation to their age, 34% delayed and finally 22% at risk. Where when taking into account the scores of the level of delay and risk; an intervention program was developed, focused on the Language dimension, since a higher level of delay was found.
