Implementación de la herramienta lean centerlining para reducir desviaciones de calidad y paros imprevistos en la línea envase de la empresa láctea nestlé Perú S.A.

Abstract

La Tesis denominada “Implementación de la herramienta Lean Centerlining para reducir desviaciones de calidad y paros imprevistos en la línea de envase en la empresa láctea Nestlé Perú S.A.” para optar por el título de Ingeniero Industrial, ha tratado de dar respuesta al problema de investigación que se presenta en la empresa originando desviaciones de calidad y horas de paros imprevistos. Se ha planteado la hipótesis que la aplicación de la herramienta centerliningreducirá estas desviaciones. La población de estudio es de 50 colaboradores y el total de la muestra será de 44 colaboradores con un nivel de confianza de 95%, el tipo de investigación es aplicativo, no experimental y con un nivel de investigación descriptivo

The thesis entitled "Implementation of the Lean Centerlining tool to reduce quality deviations and unforeseen stoppages in the packaging line at Nestlé Peru SA" to obtain the title of Industrial Engineer, has tried to answer the research problem that find in the company causing deviations of quality and hours of unforeseen stoppages. It had been hypothesized that the application of the Centerlining tool will reduce these deviations. The study population is 50 collaborators and the total of the sample will be 44 collaborators with a confidence level of 95%, the type of research is application, non-experimental and with a level of descriptive research
