dc.description.abstractEste estudio fue realizado con el objetivo de determinar el probable efecto farmacológico: Actividad inhibitoria de la motilidad del tránsito intestinal como Actividad Antidiarreica de la planta Yahuar Chonka (glonisia sp.). La vía de administración usada correspondió a la vía oral. El extracto etanólico se administró mediante el uso de una sonda nasogástrica a diferentes niveles de concentraciones en un total de 25 ratas albinas machos cepa Holtzman (3 niveles de dosis), cinco (5) ratas control positivo (Papaverina 40 mg/kg) y cinco (5) ratas control negativo, de acuerdo con el procedimiento del Manual de Técnicas de Investigación de CYTED. Se realizaron observaciones del proceso de inhibición del tránsito intestinal como Actividad antidiarreica generados por la administración de carbón activado al 10 % (marcador, 0,1 ml/10 g de peso) posteriores al tratamiento con el control y el extracto etanólico de Yahuar Chonka (glonisia sp.) a diferentes dosises_PE
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out with the objective of determining the probable pharmacological effect: Inhibitory activity of the intestinal transit motility as Antidiarrheal Activity of the Yahuar Chonka plant (glonisia sp.). The route of administration used corresponded to the oral route. The ethanol extract was administered by using a nasogastric tube at different concentration levels in a total of 25 male albino rats Holtzman strain (3 dose levels), five (5) positive control rats (Papaverine 40 mg / kg) and five (5) rats negative control, according to the procedure of the CYTED Research Techniques Manual. Observations were made of the process of inhibition of intestinal transit as antidiarrheal activity generated by the administration of 10% activated charcoal (marker, 0.1 mL / 10 g of weight) after the treatment with the control and the ethanol extract of Yahuar Chonka ( glonisia sp.) at different doses. At the end of the study, the distance in centimeters was measured along the intestine to where the activated carbon arrived, taking this length as 100% and where the inhibitory effect would be evaluated.
