Bienestar psicológico y calidad de vida de los estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de San Cristóbal de Huamanga. Ayacucho, I semestre 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre el bienestar psicológico y la calidad de vida de los estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad Nacional de San Cristóbal de Huamanga Ayacucho, durante el primer semestre del año 2016. Investigación cuantitativa, método descriptivo, diseño correlacional, se utilizó una muestra de 198 estudiantes. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario de 26 preguntas, las mismas que respondían a las variables del estudio. Los datos recolectados fueron tabulados y procesados utilizando el programa estadístico Spss 22.0, se obtuvo como resultado que la variable bienestar psicológico está relacionada directa y positivamente con la variable calidad de vida, según la correlación de Spearman de 0.658 representado este resultado como moderado con una significancia estadística de p=0.000 siendo menor que el 0.01. Los resultados obtenidos, nos permitieron aceptar la hipótesis principal y se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Con respecto a los resultados descriptivos el 29.80% de los estudiantes presentan un nivel bueno de bienestar psicológico, el 42.93% un nivel regular y el 27.27% un nivel malo. Y según la calidad de vida de los estudiantes el 27.27% presentan un nivel bueno de calidad de vida, el 42.93% un nivel regular y el 29.80% un nivel malo. Resultados que nos permitieron recomendar a los directivos de la Facultad de Enfermería implementar programas de entrenamiento de habilidades dirigidas a los estudiantes, buscando optimizar la calidad de vida y las relaciones interpersonales

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the psychological wellbeing and the quality of life of nursing students of the National University of San Cristobel de Humming Ayacucho during the first semester of 2016. Quantitative research, descriptive method, correlational design, a sample of 198 students was used. For the data collection, the survey was used as a technique and as a tool a questionnaire of 26 questions, the same ones that responded to the variables of the study. The data collected were tabulated and processed using the statistical program Spss 22.0, as a result of which the psychological well-being variable is directly and positively related to the quality of life variable, according to the Spearman correlation of 0.658, this result being moderate with a significant statistics of p = 0.000 being less than 0.01. The results obtained allowed us to accept the main hypothesis and the null hypothesis was rejected. With respect to the descriptive results, 29.80% of the students present a good level of psychological well-being, 42.93% a regular level and 27.27% a bad level. And according to the quality of life of the students, 27.27% have a good level of quality of life, 42.93% a regular level and 29.80% a bad level. Results that allowed us to recommend to the managers of the Faculty of Nursing to implement programs of training of skills directed to the students, seeking to optimize the quality of life and interpersonal relationships
