Relación entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral del personal docente del nivel secundaria de la institución educativa “Bartolome herrera”–2014

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo en la Institución Educativa “Bartolomé Herrera” del Distrito de San Miguel y tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el Clima Organizacional y la Satisfacción Laboral en el personal docente del Nivel Secundaria de la IE “Bartolomé Herrera” durante el año 2014. Para el cumplimiento de este propósito se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con cuestionario tipo escala de Likert para ambas variables y los datos obtenidos se analizaron mediante el programa estadístico SPSS versión 19 en español. La investigación fue de nivel descriptivo, correlacional de diseño no experimental también conocido como observacional, prospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 39 docentes del Nivel Secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Bartolomé Herrera, distribuidos en 11 especialidades o Áreas. Los resultados de la presente investigación indican que la variable Clima Organizacional está relacionada favorablemente con la variable Satisfacción Laboral de los docentes del Nivel Secundaria de la Institución Educativa “Bartolomé Herrera, según la correlación de Spearman de 0,715, representando ésta una buena correlación entre las variables a un nivel de significancia de α=0,01 y p=0,000 Así mismo, se arribó a la conclusión que el Clima Organizacional se relaciona favorablemente con la Satisfacción Laboral del Personal Docente del Nivel Secundaria de la IE “Bartolomé Herrera”, en el año 2014.

The present research work was carried out in the Educational Institution “Bartolome Herrera" of the District of San Miguel and had as general objective to determine the relation between the Organizational Climate and the Work Satisfaction in the teachers of the Secondary level of the IE "Bartolome Herrera "during the year 2014. For the fulfillment of this purpose, the survey technique was applied with a Likert scale questionnaire for both variables and the data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS version 19 statistical program in Spanish. The research was descriptive, correlational level of non-experimental design also known as observational, prospective. The sample was formed by 39 teachers of the Secondary level of the Educational Institution "Bartolome Herrera, distributed in 11 specialties or Areas. The results of the present investigation indicate that the variable Organizational Climate is favorably related to the variable Labor Satisfaction of the teachers of the Secondary Level of the Educational Institution "Bartolome Herrera, according to the correlation of Spearman of 0.715, representing a good correlation between the variables At a significance level of α = 0.01 and p = 0.000 Likewise, it was concluded that the Organizational Climate is related to the Work Satisfaction of the Teaching Staff of the Secondary School of IE "Bartolome Herrera", in the year 2014
