Eficiencia del perfil del psicólogo y rasgos de personalidad en el desarrollo de la formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de psicología de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, filial Chincha

Abstract

La investigación realizada tiene como objetivo determinar en qué medida la eficiencia del perfil del psicólogo y rasgos de personalidad influyen en el desarrollo de la formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de psicología de la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, filial Chincha. El tipo de investigación es aplicada y el nivel evaluativo, el diseño corresponde al no experimental ya que no se manipularon las variables, la población estuvo conformada por los estudiantes del primero al octavo ciclo de la Facultad de Psicología y la muestra la representó 169 estudiantes. Las técnicas que se consideraron en el proceso de recolección de datos fueron de observación y de encuestas. Los instrumentos fueron los cuestionarios que se anexan al presente documento, en el proceso de la investigación se aplicó la contrastación de hipótesis. Como conclusión general tenemos: Se acepta la H1. Esto implica que la eficiencia del perfil del psicólogo, rasgos de la personalidad influye positivamente en el desarrollo de la formación profesional. Llegando a la conclusión que, si influyen positivamente la eficiencia del perfil del psicólogo y los rasgos de la personalidad en el desarrollo de la formación profesional en estudiantes de la facultad de psicología en un 95%, siendo la correlación de un r = 0,763 la cual es una correlación significativa con un margen de error de 0,05.

The realized investigation has as aim determine in what measure the efficiency of the profile of the psychologist and features of personality influence the development of the vocational training students of the faculty of psychology of the University Inca Garcilaso of the Vega, subsidiary Annoys. The type of investigation is applied and the level evaluative, the design corresponds to the not experimental one since the variables were not manipulated, the population was shaped by the students of the first one to the eighth cycle of the Faculty of Psychology and the sample represented her 169 students. The technologies that were considered in the process of compilation of information were of observation and of surveys. The instruments were the questionnaires that are annexed to the present document, in the process of the investigation the contrastación of hypothesis was applied.
