La responsabilidad social empresarial en la gestión de las empresas mineras en el Perú

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Empresarial tiene diversas acepciones, dependiendo de quién lo utilice. Las más holísticas y progresistas hacen referencia a que una empresa es socialmente responsable, cuando en su proceso de toma de decisiones valora el impacto de sus acciones en las comunidades, en los trabajadores y en el medio ambiente e incorpora efectivamente sus intereses en sus procesos y resultados. En la investigación, se planteó como objetivo general, establecer si la responsabilidad social (RSE) incide en la gestión de las empresas mineras en el Perú, para lo cual buscando obtener información de interés para la tesis, se reunió toda la información que habían dado los encuestados, el cual fue procesado en la parte estadística y como resultado del trabajo de campo sobre esta temática, se determinó que efectivamente existe relación causal entre las variables consideradas en la investigación. En cuanto al tipo de investigación es descriptivo-aplicativo, toda vez que el estudio por la forma como se ha llevado a cabo, buscó establecer si la responsabilidad social (RSE) incide directamente en la gestión de las empresas mineras en el Perú, lo cual fue corroborado en la conclusión general, donde se estableció que incide significativamente y se cumple lo planteado en la hipótesis general. Corporate Social Responsibility has different meanings, depending on who uses it.
