Resiliencia en alumnas becadas de un Instituto Superior Tecnológico de Secretariado en Bellavista – Callao, 2017

Abstract

La presente investigación Resiliencia en alumnas becadas de un Instituto Superior Tecnológico de Secretariado de Bellavista – Callao, 2017; es de tipo descriptivo con un diseño no experimental transeccional descriptivo, se determinó el nivel de resiliencia y sus dimensiones en alumnas becadas del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico San Antonio de Bellavista-Callao. Se utilizó la Escala de Resiliencia (ER) de Wagnild y Young (1993) adaptada por Novella (2002) en el Perú; esta escala fue aplicada a 64 estudiantes escogidas mediante muestra no probabilística. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo a través de los programas SPSS 22 y MS Excel 16 y se presentaron mediante medidas de frecuencias y gráficos. Se obtuvo como resultado la predominancia del nivel alto en resiliencia en las alumnas. Sin embargo, no existe una diferencia significativa en todos los casos

The present investigation Resilience in scholarships of higher technological institute of secretariat from Bellavista-Callao, 2017, is of descriptive type with a not experimental cross-sectional descriptive design, it was determined the level of resilience and its dimensions of scholarship student from the Institute of higher technological education San Antonio from Bellavista - Callao. There was used the Scale of Resilience of Wagnild and Young (1993) adapted by Novella (2002) in Peru; this scale was applied to 64 chosen students through no probabilistic sample. A descriptive analysis was performed using SPSS 22 and MS Excel 16 and it was presented by frequency measurements and graphics. We obtained as a result the predominance of the high level in resilience in the students. However, there is no significant difference in all the cases
