dc.description.abstractThis paper shows the construction of a system developed using Open Hardware, in order taking measurements of heart rate also involving the possibility of sending remotely (via GSM) the measurement result or information for the purpose of health prevention. Arduino-based sensor as making finger testing and a wiring-based program for easy programming and adaptation to different types of devices. This equipment worked to how to kit for public use under the concept of Biofeedback.es_PE
